Our products are primarily intended for professional automotive painters, body shops, collision repair technicians, and experienced refinishing professionals. Some automotive coatings require specialized equipment, controlled application environments, appropriate protective equipment, and knowledge of professional paint systems.
Our online catalog includes products from R-M Diamont, Spies Hecker, Limco, and other automotive refinishing brands. Availability may change. Browse the Shop page for current products and inventory.
Check the product's Technical Data Sheet and confirm the exact product code, approved components, mixing ratio, repair size, and recommended temperature range. Do not assume products are compatible simply because they come from the same brand.
Mixing ratios should be taken from the manufacturer's current Technical Data Sheet or product label. Because instructions may vary by product, variant, region, and application, customers should not rely on a general mixing ratio.
Only custom-mixed colors or services specifically listed on the website are available. Contact us with the manufacturer, paint line, formula, and color information to confirm availability.
Most orders are processed within one to three business days. Standard delivery generally takes two to seven business days after shipment. Regulated products, weather, inventory changes, and carrier delays may affect delivery.
Some coatings, reducers, activators, solvents, and related products may be restricted to ground transportation. Available shipping options depend on product classification, carrier requirements, and destination.
Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days, subject to approval. Opened, mixed, custom, special-order, or certain regulated products may not be returnable. Contact us before shipping any product back.
Keep the product, shipping box, and packaging. Take clear photos and contact us within three business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the box, shipping label, product label, and damage.
Review the product label, Technical Data Sheet, and Safety Data Sheet supplied by the manufacturer. Use the product only with the ventilation, protective equipment, storage, handling, and application procedures required for the product and workplace.
